How do I make a save disc?

Im not sure if its schtack or some other server but I saw a "save disc" that supposedly copies parts of its pso contents onto your save so you can connect to the server (like the codebreaker codes). I want to make a disc that has all of the download quests (found here: http://www.pso-world.com/download.php?cat=Download+Quests) so if I cant connect to download the quests. ill still have them easily accessible through a .cdi file. thanks

Changing where PSO connects is simple when the executable isn't scrambled. The only way you could have the downloadable quests offline by default is to overwrite some of the offline quests. It's easy to replace content in PSO, but you can't add content.
