Actually, Rabarta raep was addressed to any and all participants of your team. Falz can kill anyone that way, even HUcasts.

Also, I'm not prejudiced against RAmar; Sega is. The simple fact is that RAmars (and Rangers in general), do not contribute anything useful to Challenge mode. The most they can do on the majority of stages is keep the enemies busy so that Hunters get hit less, but that role is better filled by another Hunter who can keep things busy while also killing them. Rangers are only "useful" for knocking down Canadines in Stages 5 and 6, and that can also be done by a Force. The Force is a superior choice, seeing as Forces can do good damage in those stages plus give Shifta to the team. The only time Rangers get to do any decent damage is in Stages 7 - 9, and that's only if you find a gun with high percent. Even if you do, RAmar probably won't get to use it because his ATA sucks compared to that of the other Rangers, and his damage will also be worse since his ATP is terribad.

Oh, and let's not forget that Rangers are also shit at Battle mode. RAmar is actually the best of them since he has Techniques, and he can just try to steal some kills that way, but he's still horrible.

Finally, RAmars suck at the real game because their stat growth is pathetic, their maximum ATP is laughable, and unlike RAcast and RAcaseal, they can't use traps and they don't get the droid activation bonus. I attempted to alleviate some of these problems by fixing his max stats and giving him some more weapon choices, which significantly improved his viability as a class in free play.

It's kind of funny, RAmar is god on GC and he's the worst class in Ver.2, haha.
