sylverant client?

is it possible to have a sylverant client of v1-v2 (99% of you choose v2) that has the resistance mod and enhancement pack pre-installed on the game and will automatically connect to sylverant?

The resist mod and the EP are two separate things. No disc would have both, and Ver.1 can't have either of them, since none of the changes apply to Ver.1.
