The drops in Normal and Hard mode were not changed. It looks like you actually got some rare drops.

The heck... Never in a life time this happened to me with the original GD... I mean, these rares in normal run "tekked"?? Lucky? Something's fishy here...

Pinkal, dunno the monster for sure. Among 'Booma family' I think xD

Well, neither of those items appear to be in Pinkal's rare table for Normal mode. Are you online or offline? Are you using /sdrops? Are you alone? Did you create the team? The EP drops are unchanged, so either the PT can somehow generate those items rarely, or the game itself is broken in some unknown way that nobody has ever discovered or reported before. I'm inclined to say it's a fluke. I once found something like a Divinity Armor in Normal Forest 2 on my Redria, I think it was, and Divinity Armor is not listed in Redria's Normal rare table, either.

It was online, no /sdrops command enabled, I created the team and DOOM joined afterwards. Now I am offline doing a forest run.. Everything's fine so far.

I haven't played offline story mode in a while but... Have there been any modifications to the NPCs dialogues? Maybe it's just my mind playing tricks on me...

I converted the PC Offline Quest Pack directly to DC format, so KIREEK will ramble on for quite a while instead of saying, "Press the red button!" since a PC game doesn't have a fixed controller to go with it. Seek my Master and From the Depths have quite a bit of new text, too (from GC). Those are the main differences I can think of, but Sega may very well have changed some text in the other quests. For the most part, I don't think they bothered to modify anything. I also fixed some bubbles that were missing, such as when Garon gets mad that you don't have the Mag for him.

Question, does the PC version of EP come with all the other mods on the main download page like the stat rebalancing? Or the music pack? Or would I still need to install those?

Those patches are all separate on PC. The high quality music is a separate torrent since it's so big; the offline maps, offline quests, max stats, darkness patch, and Halloween patch are all direct downloads on the website.
