Reseed Requests

If you can't find any seeds for one of the torrents on the main site, namely:

• PSO PC Ives ISOs
  
• PSO PC Music Pack
  
• PSO DC Ives Pack

please post a reseed request here, and hopefully one of us will be able to help you out in short order.

I'm trying to download V1 from PSO DC Ives Pack. No seeds.
I wanted to test this out today... besides that let me ask something btw: is it possible to use PAL v1 char with this release?

As long as your character has been online at least once already, it should work just fine. If you haven't been online yet, both Ver.1 and Ver.2 will ask you to confirm your serials before you go online for the first time. Your disc needs to match the region of your serials in Ver.2, but I don't know if Ver.1 has that restriction. If you've already been online with that character, PSO won't ask for your serials again, in which case USv1 and EUv1 characters will load on either disc. JPv1 characters only load on JPv1 discs, but Ver.2 characters load on discs from all 3 regions.

Char loaded fine. Still no lobby bgm! What could it be?... V2 and even NTE load lobby bgm on gdemu.. why not v1? I'm using the latest firmware.

Aside from trying a different SD card or reflashing the firmware, I don't know what might fix it. Maybe it's a bug that only appears on PAL Dreamcasts. Mine is NTSC-U.

So I'm in a bit of a twist right now, I've been wanting to get back into PSO for awhile and I've just found out about Sylverant but just as the title suggest my torrent is stuck at a solid 0%

Did you get the new DC torrent? The old one isn't supported anymore and won't have any seeds. I don't see you in the swarm for the new one.

Are you using the modification that lets you connect a USB HDD to the GD-ROM port? Last I heard it could only boot GDIs, but CDI support was planned for the future.

I have been playing my original GD Rom of PSO v1 with the Sylverant PSO Patcher disc, but my game seems to be scratched and errors out upon boot at times.
I have tried to download this pack, but there seems to be no seeds. Is there any other way to get a copy of this pack?

Make sure you try all of the trackers; one of them has 5 seeds now.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. I downloaded the torrent from this site and there are no seeds. I am not sure how to check other trackers. I apologize if I am being a pain, I'm just confused.
Thanks for making these discs and for pointing me in the right direction.

It depends upon the client you use; yours should say the tracker URL that you're using somewhere, as well as the number of minutes until another update will happen (to check for new seeds/peers). Try right clicking on the tracker URL text to see if you get a popup to select one of the other trackers. If you don't, the option should be in some menu or tab somewhere, because any semi-modern client should support torrents with more than one tracker...

I looked and there are 3 trackers and each of the three trackers stay stuck on "connecting to peers 0.0%"
I will keep trying, but would appreciate any other suggestions. And again thanks for all the help.

Do you have ports forwarded on your router to allow incoming connections? If you don't, you have to hope that the seeds do, or else you can't communicate with each other.

I do have the ports forwarded. I downloaded other torrents (mainly from private trackers) and they work.
EDIT - I got it to work. I had to enable DHT.

Are these versions still available for download? The links in the original post don't work, and I've been unable to track down this version of yours. I'm running a previous April 2012 version that still has he disconnect issues outside of Pioneer 2, along with the previous other bugs. Would LOVE to have a revised/fixed version! Please let me know where I can find the new EP version download.

You're trying to use this torrent, right? It has more than one tracker, so you need to be sure to try them all. The "coppersurfer" one has 4 seeds on it right now, so I suggest selecting that tracker in your BitTorrent client.

Thanks! I ended up switching to another BitTorrent client, as BitTornado was having issues with the trackers. I opened it with qBitTorrent and it found the seeds right away, downloading as we speak!
