View of the lobby and city in Altimira

Would it be possible to change the view of the lobby and also of the city with the insertion of banners in Altimira? What is the idea for these banners but not exactly the same and yes with the psoPalace banner, would not give a more modern and cool look to the faithful players of Altimira

The banners are only usable in downloadable quests on Dreamcast. They don't work online, and they don't work on PC, either. You just see an empty white rectangle, IIRC.
