PSO v2, PSO Blue Burst, Which One?
I downloaded all the files from here:
http://schtserv.com/download.php
What is the difference between PSO v2, PSO Blue Burst, etc?
Which one is the best and which one has the most content?
Which one is the easiest to install?
Thanks!

PC is based off Ver.2 for Dreamcast. BB is based off Episode I&II for Gamecube. BB has far more content and is easier to install, and this forum doesn't deal with it.

PC install is better.
It took me 3 hours of fussing with things to get Blue Burst to work. PC was ten minutes, tops. PC is far superior install time. IMO.

That may be the first time I've heard someone say that. xD BB used to be simple to install, but with all of the weird, non-integrated patches and udpates that it has, installing it seems to be something of a hodgepodge these days. :/

BB fail
Idk, when i tried BB, it took less time to download but more time to install, it took me about 3 hours to finally get a game online, this was mostly because something was really screwed with the thing that started the game. I tried it, downloaded the patches and upgrades etc, then I tried to go on and it said something about the client, I tried to find tech support but no dice, finally i tried a different file and it worked, but by that time it was too late so i was like, fuck it and shut it off
PC with the readme was tons easier to use IMO

Really? I had no problem at all. Just installed it yesterday and ran around a bit, no effort whatsoever.

Re: PSO v2, PSO Blue Burst, Which One?
BB was way easier to install for me..........but I don't have online access with it so I don't even really know WHY I have it, I just ran the BB setup file from a USB drive.
With PSO V.2 I had to........Download the discs from a torrent, took about 3 hours, dredge up some blank CD-Rs which took 30 minutes, burn the Iso files onto the discs, which was another 15 minutes, install the game from the CD's, which took about 15 minutes, Download the patches so PSO didn't keep giving me the "Not Support Language" error, and then finally configure it so the game didn't eat my laptops integrated GPU alive.

Re: PSO v2, PSO Blue Burst, Which One?
PSO PC is a traditional PC game that's meant to be installed from a disc, not downloaded. It is a bit of a pain to get it going compared to games with standalone installers.

Now that I think about it, the only reason why I even burned the ISO files to discs was because at the time I didn't know that I could mount the disc images to virtual drives and install the discs from those. I could have shaved 15 minutes off the total time it took me to get PSO on my laptop
