PSO PC Graphical Enhancement

I've written a guide on how you can improve PSO PC's graphics by applying special effects with the driver for your graphics card, which you can read here on the main site. If you have any questions, you can post them here. I may or may not be able to answer them. The guide will walk you through the process for nVidia GPUs, but the steps should work in roughly the same way for ATI/AMD GPUs, too. If anyone has a modern AMD graphics card and wants to post more details about how you do this in the Catalyst Control Center, feel free to contribute.

Nice job. Every steps of the guide worked for AMD as well (except LOD Bias which doesn't appear in the Catalyst Control Center). Now with the new Graphical Fix Pack, it looks even better than EP1&2!
