Edit: I think it actually still uses the old psu engine that has been heavily modded for height accessing, yet the graphics are horrible

Its actually more of a love-child between PSU, PSZ, and PSO. The basic 3-action palette is there in the center of the screen, and PSO BB's number-shortcuts are there too. PSU's and PSZ's photon arts seem to have come along for the ride, as well as PSU's basic style of graphics, just upgraded /a lot/. It also brings its own stuff too, and it appears techniques and photon arts aren't linked to weapons anymore, but the 3 action palette. (If there's a secondary palette too, IDK)
It introduces jumping! WTH! Jumping isn't allowed in PSO! :C *doesn't really care thought it was cool*

I'm buying this. This time I hope they're not lazy with the quick-menu. -n-

Since you seem to have to pick a class and stick with it this time, unlike PSU, doesn't that mean a class level is the same thing as a character level?
