HEY THERE!

Not sure if anyone remembers me, but I was playing PSO PC and hanging around the schthack forums for a bit. PC broke down and I kinda lost hope of getting my chars back when I got my new PC.. until..

I remember I typed /save once when I was on schthack, but I don't know what level I was at the time. Then I found the serial and guild card number I got from schthack still in my email, which I thought had been lost with my old PC.

I'm gonna try using the restore command to see what I saved. Hoping its not my low level force.


Btw, posting this here cus its about PSO PC somewhat, and theres no intro forum.

I got the serial and access in, but there was no char being stored? Also, my card list is gone... aw well.

I think that the saves get wiped periodically, and they are also stored locally for only the Ship/Block you saved on so you have to find the same Ship to get your save back. If it was a while ago it probably got deleted.

That sucks.... that we have to remember the ship and the block that we saved to. I did not know that before. So, if we don't remember where we saved to, we have to try all the ships and their blocks. Well, at least there IS a save and restor command, so, why should I complain.

And we're the only ones who can use it. ;D
