Don't worry, I'm alive. :3
But I almost died today. -_-
Tornado attack. Not fun.
My neighborhood and the one next to it was missed BARELY.
I live in Chuluota, FL, and I hate tornados.
The reason I haven't been on for so long? Well, I've been busy with game programing. (Yes, I'm 14 and I'm programming video games. And designing them. And writing them. I major in RPGs. ^^)
And the fact that I've been busy with www.fanfiction.net and www.deviantart.com, as well as www.youtube.com. (My name on those sites are LupinAKAFlashTH on every single one, I think the dA link is in my profile to the left)
So how's everyone doing? I'm currently on my offline hard playthough, STILL, considering I don't have internet access. T_T
But I have wi-fi connection now, so when PSZ comes out, I hope you all get it.
And that's not on the comp I play PSO on. T_T Unfortunately.

So am I. Was having eggs and bacon for breakfast that morning. Maybe it was a warning shot.
So I donate bacon to charity now.

Mmmmmm. Hi, even though I never really knew you. =D
So, I got my laptop yesterday. I guess this means PSOPC might see (more of?) Shalo the HUnewearl. Maaaaybe. Still gotta get Bootcamp going.
I live in New York. So there's snow for six months, then it's either 50's-60's or 80's-90's for the next six months, etc.
I seem to be the only one who actually enjoys spontaneous weather around here though. Don't know what I'd do if a tornado hit though. XD
It's pretty cool that you're into programming. Back when I was like 10-11, I started getting into web design, and even started getting into the tough stuff, but then I just stopped. I was thinking of maybe getting back into it, but I have other plans of hex editing some ROMs for a friend. The thing about programming is I love it, because for some reason, I find it really, really fun. But if there's an incorrect code or something doesn't turn out the way I want it, I spend hours trying to fix it. Getting word boxes and scrollers right to the exact pixel was mind numbing, but for some reason, I just did it. So if I got back into programming, and especially the complex stuff, I'd just spend hours upon hours every day just programming, programming, programming, etc. Which, would be alright if it were productive. But I can't imagine myself sitting at a computer programming websites for sixty years as a profession. So...yeah.
I also didn't take any formal lessons, which added to the time spent. I just looked through sources, tested codes, manipulated values, and figured the stuff out the hard way. But boy oh boy was it ever rewarding when I got it working.

That must of been fun...
I use a 2 'Maker' programs, one with scripting, and one where you just give it all the events that it needs to play. RPG Maker 2k3 (2003) is the latter. RPG Maker XP is the earlier.
I'm also into design work, if you've seen my deviantart page, you would know that. -_-
Now I'm only 14. What can a 14 year old do?
Ahem, make a manga, make an anime, and make a game all at the same time. How 'bout that. Nearly single-handedly too.
I would LOVE to play PSO PC online, but my stupid father won't let me get a Wireless router for the whole family because, 'I'll be downloading so much junk and viruses we'll pay more for computers than our bills!' XD

heh
Ohio weather is wonderful, there was one week in spring when we had two days of 80+ degree weather followed the next day by a 30 degree day XD
never have had a tornado wreak havoc among our neighborhood though, they look kind of cool though
unfortunately could never get into programming, I looked at source code and read about the basics online but could never do anything useful with it

I tried one of the summer workshops by Digipen, but I couldn't stand it. x.x True their little engine isn't quite the same as programming from scratch, but I find C to be really annoying. :/ I prefer working with assembly in quest scripts. xD

I'd imagine it's like most other programming. Misplace a semicolon or a bracket and your whole six pages of code collapses. Then, to fix it, you either a.) rewrite the code or b.) search for the missing bracket/error.
Of course, there are people like me who find that sort of thing fun. It's like a giant puzzle, and I love puzzles!

You're crazy.
C is much, MUCH more difficult than Java or Actionscript. In fact, there is so many variables to drive the average man insane.
