Hildeberg Head Real Information

Hello everyone, there is a lot of information on how to make the Hildeberg cane using the head found on various sites but all only use the information they find on other sites... copy and paste without even doing the test whether it works or not right, Recently I got my head went on missions and could not get Dr Montague to transform this item which was already expected because it is visible that this item is different from the others enemy parts, Does anyone really know how to put this part together? Ps: Not in the missions Doctor research or unsealed door...please only real Information thanks
