My Dreamcast streams (sometimes)

Go there to see my live stream. I stream whenever I usually get out of school. I live in arizona time, and it takes about 1-2 hour(s) to get home. The games I usually would stream are:
*Phantasy Star Online Version 1 (because thats the one I have)
*Half-Life
*MDK 2
thats about it for right now. Id like to play on blue crabs server but unfortunately, I dont see any real way to get dial up where i live. Ive tried everything except make a pc dc connection. However this video shows its possible with ubuntu: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERZsXWEL0ZM. But id like to know: "how?" and "will it work with current version?" and "how do i connect a phone cord to my modern 2008 laptop?"
