Reminds me of mario too unfortunately, though at least mario has less going for it in my book. Same three hits to kill bowser 9999999999 times before you save the princess only to have her kidnapped again because apparently halfway decent guards in the Mushroom Kingdom is out of the question to have. I still remember when the final bowser fight in mario 64 was actually decently challenging because of the timing and the floor dropping, that was really cool.

Yeah. I mean, SM64 was the first game I ever played, and I could never beat bowser until I actually got better hand-eye coordination (like, 2 years later...)
