Leona was kind enough to offer me help as well. She's going to report this issue to Crono himself. She has got the same opinion as us, Lee has gone too far already and this situation is out of control.

Now seeing that you have a BBa opens an option that mr. phonton doesn't have (meaning, since you told me he DOES NOT have a bba, you have the advantage that you don't need to worry about a phone line or other, but that's also a disadvantage because your isp is a broadband isp)...
I suppose you don't have a friend with a different isp that would be kind enough to let you use his internet just for that purpose? (like, connect your DC to a laptop with a crossover cable, share the connection and use that)

I spoke to him and he said he's done nothing wrong. He also says schtserv staff just pick on him for everything but that's all.
He also claims not to have any responsibility or whatsoever with anything that could ever happen to any player of this server since he's not its owner. Schthack staff should manage this kind of situations and not guilt innocent people.
While statements have been made, the fact that players still can't reach the lobbies remains and until further orders from the superiors, players like me will literally be in the shit.
To clear things out:
Kireek is legit on DC chars, however he may have some pso pc chars with hacked stuff/ lvl, however he didn't bother anyone with it, unlike many other players around.
On pso BB, Kireek really used to use cheats. However he solo played or when playing with others, he used to tell them since the begining he had them.
I see people talking about Kireek's posts. He sure is controversial for some people, but hey, can't we have the right to speak? I remember seeing some good points he used to bring up. He was not spamming talking shit like many people do. May be useless speak, I dunno, but I have nothing to do with it and I think nobody has. Everyone should have their own opinion.
I'm not protecting him, I just don't like to be involved in something I have nothing to do with.

Starting with the beginning, we have Kireek (hereafter referred to as he, him, and Mr.Phonton), someone who thinks of himself as someone who is so much better than everyone else. People with that attitude generally don't get very far in much of anything, much less so in the online world. Now, he being who he is, decided to bring his attitude with him to play here, and degrade all others, defile the community, and just get everyone mad (or laugh, as in *certain people*). Of course, seeing that he seems to be in love with himself, he clearly did not notice (or give a crap) that his attitude and personality just sucked. So, one day, people just got totally fed up with his elitism, and Lee banned the shit out of him, to put it mildly. Also, the rules of the v2/GC section of Schtserv is as follows:
Note that harassment does NOT ONLY MEAN hack-entering-legit. In fact, it means (according to princeton's dictionary) to "annoy continually or chronically," which is exactly what he's doing. Now, apparently, he hasn't learned that people just don't like him, and that his over-obsession with a simple game is ruining it for almost everyone around him (Treamcaster is a prime example). Now because he clearly cannot see past his own interests (although he may say otherwise), and continues to evade the ban, he is just making it worse on himself and anyone using the NetCabo ISP, as the following is also in the rules:Rules wrote:

SPAMMING/FLAMING/HARASSMENT
Note that "harassment" includes cheaters entering legit marked games as well as legits entering cheat marked games (if they intend to harass the cheaters for being cheaters).

Now, apparently he IS trying to avoid a ban, so that goes directly against the rules posted in 2008.Rules wrote:

--DO NOT ask to be unbanned early. Doing so may result in us extending the duration of your ban.

Also, Schthack himself wrote (on the old forums): "2.5 - Respect other players' opinions and playing styles. Do NOT accuse others of being unlegit unless you've got some SERIOUS proof and have talked with a GM. This IS a kickable offense under the pretense of harassment." And there is enough proof as to why he was banned.
Now, Lee banned an entire ISP BECAUSE OF THIS! It's not necessarily Lee's fault; Lee's just doing his job. Although, banning an entire ISP is admittedly a lazy way of going about this. Seeing as how Mr. Phonton still tries to evade the ban (or so I've been told), this causes problems for innocent people who just want to play an online RPG. Now, the obvious part. Since he CLEARLY cannot see past his own inhibitions, he will not go away. This whole mess started because he just cannot get it through his head that he is not allowed here anymore. Thus, continuing to attempt to come here will only make things worse for fellow players. Players who simply want to have an enjoyable time here on schtserv, chatting, playing, and just hanging out. So what's so obvious that anticipation is key? Well for one, since we can't get anything through to him, he's just going to keep being a bitch about something that is really not that important. He WILL keep attacking Lee, Crono, us, and everyone here at schtserv, maybe until it finally hits him that there just isn't any point left in doing so; it's got him nowhere, and will continue to get him nowhere, BUT WHY DOES HE NOT STOP?
This is why it's so obvious--blaming anyone is just a waste of time. Every single one of the reactions so far has been EXTREMELY predictable, because he just is that way. Everything he says, does, or thinks about schtserv can be guessed hours, if not days, in advance, because he's given us a clear view of what he is like and that he just cares too darn much about AN ONLINE GAME. And it's just that--A GAME. See?
Whatever happens on this side just gives the opposing side another chance to react, in the same exact way as has been happening for the past 2 years. It's getting us nowhere, it's getting him nowhere, and, most importantly of all, it's trapping innocent players who just want to have FUN. This "war" is like that war that started because of a piece of bread (or something similar) and is just damn stupid.
I think I covered more than I intended to, but whatever, I think I've made myself clear.
