How to make PSO PC working again?

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum but I've registered today because I seek help.

I am currently having troubles running Phantasy Star Online Version 2 for the PC.

First of all, I don't have access to the installation and autorunning discs (I only have the folder of the game installed on my drive and a backup on my external HDD but I have the nocd exe file.)

Second: I am on Windows 7 64 bit (I also have the Vista/7 compatible exe files)

Third and finally I would prefer to play this game in windowed mode (because I don't appreciate that the game stops running when I alt-tab)
