DiscJuggler Issue Empty DiscJuggler Issue

I just installed DiscJuggler 4 and I keep getting an error stating "unable to detect an ASPI manager. I uninstalled and re-installed receiving the same message. I also tried looking up ASPI manager downloads but they are not compatible with anything after XP. I currently have Windows 8 installed. I can't seem to find anything that will help me with this issue. Anyone here have any way to help me?

Did that and the dream cast is not reading it. I unchecked verify disk and set the write speed a x4. Was there something I was missing?

If you put the write speed at x4 the Dreamcast will not read the disc. So I set it to x8 and it worked like a charm.
