Normal straight to Ult

Im new to pso pc, i played PSO V1 V2 for GC. My question is, is there a patch to be able to just go straight from normal to ult in offline mode?

fair enough i just have one other question im running windows 7 and cant figure out how to get the windowed exe to work it just goes to full screen everytime

You need to download a new pso.exe that has been patched for window mode (which you can get on the main site), or you can use a loader that lets you switch between window and full screen at will (which you can also get on the main site).
