how odd....
I start up a room in online mode and I get an unknown error (the screen goes black and I can't see the error) and then PSO crashes.
Any ideas?
EDIT: Got the error
"An unhandled win32 exception occured in pso.exe [1504]. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enbabled. In Visual Studio, Just-In-Time debugging can be enabled from Tools/Options/Debugging/Just-In-Time.
Check the documentation index for 'Just-in-time debugging, errors' for more information."
...!?!?!?!

Never heard of this error, kind of odd, there seems to be a lot of random unknown errors popping up with the game, someone had a resolution error if I remember correctly a little while ago, I reinstalled the game on my computer recently and had no problems with it, but I've used the same disks I've always used, did you make sure you followed every step to the tee? What is your OS? Honestly I don't have much of a clue about the problem but knowing these may help isolate the problem I suppose.

Re: how odd....
I fixed it.
It had to do with DEP, or data execution prevention. All I did was go to My Computer -> Right click -:> Properties, and under the advanced tab, at perfromance, clicked "settings", then went to data execution prevention. Then I checked off the first box, and restarted the computer.
So yeah. Who wants to play battle mode? XD

Oh yeah, that.... That should extremely rarely ever be set to anything other than "reserve for system use" or whatever that option is...

Re: how odd....
So after several years, Flash is actually online permanently, I quit, and to boot, I saw a few pigs fly by my window.
Anything I'm missing?
zzz
Oh, well. Maybe I'll get unbored of PSO soon.

Remember that old saying: "You never leave pso. You just take long breaks." (I think that's how it goes, anyway.)

Not if you've been playing for several years and have just been burnt out on it all xD
Hell I've played for less and I rarely log on anymore, though if there are more people I suppose I'd be more inclined to log on.
