when i use Enhancement pack and fight with Forest boss in Ult, i fight 1 hour but the dragon doesnt die

i kill that dragon in the new pack 2 time before, but in this afternoon i cant kill it, i use a double cannon with native 30% and cave 30%, i think it is a bug it just happen when i play with player who dont use the new pack,
and how to open a server, when i use IP in cmyip.com i cant join the server and when i use my Lan IP only me can join
