Port Map Troubleshooting

Since Crono decided to support back our private ships I would like to see this issue solved once and for all!

Here's the deal:

1-I got a Thomson router and when I put my external IP on shipserv.exe and I load my IP patched pso.exe file, I get crashed to death.
Why's this? Because I got default ports: 9125 and 9601 set on shipserv.exe.

Yeah, yeah... I understood it all.
2-Here's a picture I took from my routers IP page:
Do I have to do anything there, or this is just bullshit?
3-I've downloaded cports.exe from http://www.nirsoft.net since this program monitors the ports and stuff... but there appears quite a bunch of shipserv.exe ports and I don't understand what to do.
4-Someone told me to use DMZ, but I tried looking for it and I got scared.
5-I guess this is not that difficult at all, I am just noob at port forwarding and so this looks odd to me.

You must forward four ports to be able to have people connect.

If the Ship and Block ports are 9000 and 9002, you need to forward 9000, 9001, 9002, 9003 to the LAN IP of the PC running the server. You also must set the IP of your WAN IP, not LAN IP. You can get your WAN IP easily by using sites like whatismyip.com and such.

Like I mentioned above, I am using the external IP (from whatsmyip website). Cause the LAN IP doesn't make the server crash and I cannot share my connection with others.

OK, so I need to "forward 4 ports" heh?
Here's the question, how can I do this?

That is entirely dependant on your router. Each one has its own unique configuration screen.
