help im a idiot
as the topic says... im a idiot D: i was wondering if any one can help me find the downloads for pso pc... i downloaded something that opens up and has 3 bubbles.. they say offline online and website!... im not sure if that is the right one tough... if someone can pls help me id appretiate it

You must have not understood me. Which one did you download? Was it from here? Because everything is in the Readme.. if you follow it to the letter you will not have any issues. What OS are you using by the way?

I think he means he downloaded only pso.exe and expected that to be the actual game. You have to download and run the Torrent.

Okay, I think I know your problem... just hold on. First, you're using vista. If you don't have it in compatabillity mode XP, then nothing will work. Go into the program files and find Sega/Phantasy Star Online, then find the pso.exe, autorun.exe, and any other exes that are also in the torrent. (onlineoffline patch isn't in, and neither is onlineoffline.exe.) You have to turn all of those on compatibility mode. If that doesn't work, then you better get XP installed.
