I've heard rumors you can create quests for PSO PC/DC. That made me curious, so I'm posting it here: does anyone know how to make a quest, or do you have to edit one already made? I saw the SCHTHACK request online, i'm pretty sure that that is custom made. So you can answer in one of three ways:
1. No.
2. Suggesting a program
3. Something that is so scientific that a 13, soon to be 14, year-old can't understand.

I can only suggest you get a hex editor and and copies of the actual quest files, and start learning by actually seeing how they work, There is not quick fix simple way.
