Ok, earlier I had gotten a connection to the net. Great. Well, it's not there anymore, since AT&T is crap, but I was connected.
The only thing keeping me from playing was TWO things- AT&T, which you need not care about anymore, since I have a new method, more on that in the off-topic section, and the fact that my DIAL UP SETTING WERE NOT CORRECT.
'Connect to' is the error. I was connecting to somewhere in Korea or something. I know I want it somewhere else...
Could someone tell me?

Set PSO to LAN, not dial up.
