How i can get a Double cannon and a Red Ring

Both cannot be obtained in the normal game, as dark falz drops the red ring and this was disabled for the release of PSO. A double cannon cannot be obtained in the normal game as well, due to its requirements or what weapons are used to make it, making it more than statistically impossible to find 
I believe Ives' pack that he is releasing soon will allow people to obtain rare items such as these

You can also use a trainer to obtain the items illegitimately, meaning cheating. As MuCast stated, there is no way to obtain either legitimately.
