Fullscreen/windowed/window with mouse .EXE packs have possible virus.

I will firstly state that it is entirly possible that my virus software is being overprotective. I have the Norton 2010 BETA and as such am not the most reliable. However, the Online_offline.exe that comes with all three of the window size packs registers as a Heuristic Virus, which as far as I can tell means the program doesn't have data about it, but it looks like a virus.

At that I would normally brush it off as overprotective programming. The only reason I mention it is the online_offline.exe included in the torrent does not cause norton to freak out, meaning something is different between the two versions. (in fact norton has no issues with the original Online_offline patch, and considers it a completely different program)

So that may want to be looked at. And while I doubt it, I wanted to check: Will I have an issue using the windowed pso.exe with the original online_offline patch I had? When going online that is.

You can use any loader you wish, as long as it works.

I downloaded the pso iso torrent somewhere Im not even sure how to tell what version it is.
It was japan version so it must be a older one im guessing .
To make a long story short the pc windowed with mouse support file wont work sad.
I cant change the screen at all so i cant cheat in offline mode. only mod i can use that works is deathrabbit no wep drop because i load it before i start game.

thats at least cool lol .

Offline yes I cheat not online never.
But I do want to play this sever fair no cheating.

Did you download a version of the game from a different website? I can't tell you what the problem is then...
however, try backing up your characters (if you want to keep 'em, however, this communinity doesn't like hackers much, so I wouldn't just to keep Ives from going nuts), uninstalling PSO from your computer, and download the one on this website (click here- http://psopalace.schtserv.com/frameset.html) and install that onto your comp. (IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CHARACTERS) Create a new character, exit the game entirely, find the place you installed the game, and go into the folder called 'backup'. Copy/Paste the character files in there, load your game. (IF you have corrupted characters, chances are you downloaded a serial patched version of the game earlier. Oh so sorry.) I'm not sure if this is the case, but you most likely didn't follow the directions properly.
