OOpsss.. How can DCaster register for PSO???

I now have a BBA,, but is there any way I can register serials or such to have a gc#? Ouch forgot about that when spending $100 for a BBA....

Dreamcast users cannot register anymore, unfortunately. Your Guild Card number will be based off your character's name.
